Additional guidelines regarding the dive center such as sanctuary fees, local laws, and other reminders can are listed here. Furthermore there is information regarding our terms & conditions with regards to payments and cancelation policies. A must read for all guests who are coming to visit us.

PADI Course forms
Each PADI Course requires paperwork that can be done ahead of time. Liability Release, Medical Statement and "Safe diving practices statement of understanding" are a must for every course. Save time during you holiday by filling our these forms at home. Take not that if if there is a yes in the medical statement, you are required to secure a medical clearance form a doctor prior to diving
Participants Records
Particpants Record and Medical certificate is a must for every diver at Sea Explorers. Save time during your holiday by filling out these forms at home. If you dont have a medical certificate you can fill the medical statement on the 2nd page. Take note that if there is a yes in the medical statement, you are required to secure a medical clearance form a doctor prior to diving
